Administrative Executive Assistant

 

Description:

Daily operations include basic administrative procedures. The qualified individual will be working close with corporate, production and sales teams. Directing walk-ins and clientele in office and also working with clients via phone. Maintaining company records. Managing AR and AP. Able to prepare various reports and forms in a timely manner. Duties also include packaging of promotional materials and payroll. Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. Must also be artist friendly!

 

Qualifications:

*Minimum of 3 years experience in the Secretarial and Accounting fields.
*Experience with advertising or production companies a plus.
*Must have Polycom phone experience and professional phone etiquette.
*Must possess advanced organizational, oral, written and communicational skills.
*Must have experience with copy machines, efax, scanners and computers.
*Must have extreme knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
*Must be capable of learning new software.
*Must be well versed in scheduling conferences and travel.
*Proven stability through work history and references.
